| Payment Method of Membership and Annual Fee 1、Full payment of membership fee shall be paid once accepted as a member. 2、Annual subscriptions will commence from the date of member’s signatory. 3、Annual subscription should be paid at once from the date of member’s signatory till the last day of the year while paying the membership fee. The subsequent year Annual subscription should be paid in the last month of thecurrent year. Membership Privileges 1、Company Membership is a member, which provides a stamped copy of a valid registrationor a copy a registered business license. Company memberships will be available with the appointed one nominee and three non-nominees. 2、If the three non-nominees come to play golf together with the nominee, they would enjoythe member price (the non-nominees shall present the affiliated membership card). If the three non-nominees play golf without the nominee, they would then enjoy the member guest price (the non-nominee shall present the affiliated membership card). 3、The nominee’s guests (maximum of 7 member persons) at one time can enjoy the member guest price as per the Club’s policy. Additional guests may be introduced with approval of the Clubs General Manager. 4、The nominated can use club facilities including Driving Range Ball, Practice Green, Locker Room without charge; the non-nominee can use club facilities including Practice Green, Locker Room without charge. 5、The member will receive discounted rates as per the Club’s policy in all Restaurants, Driving Range, Pro-shop and Health Center etc. Price will only be discounted for the member’s information. Responsibility of Membership 1、 Applicant shall complete the prescribed application form and then wait for confirmation. The membership privileges, the pattern of signature and payment of the entering fee will then be required. 2、 The applicant should submit color photograph (3 pieces), and one photocopy of the ID card and business license. 3、 The member can enjoy the privileges only upon signing the membership contract and related application form. 4、 The bank details will be given by the club in order to submit payment. 5、 The members shall abide by rules, regulations, the byelaw and the constitution of the Club. 6、 The member shall book in advance and present the membership card at registration counter. 7、 All member are subject to pay annual dues, if a member doesn’t pay one time, his rights will be terminated until the annual due is remitted. Transfer of the membership 1、 All memberships stated above may be transferred, but only after two years of the club opening. The membership holder shall submit a written application in order to proceed with the transfer. It then needs the approval of the Club. 2、 Company Membership A． If it is transferred to other company, transfer fee is 10% of the current prevailing price, as set by the Club. B． The nominee can be changed every six months. Each change shall be charged RMB 10,000. The above articles shall be subject to the Chinese version. Remark: The interpretation of the above Articles of Membership shall be subject to the Hainan West Coast Golf Management Co.,Ltd. |
